Donate to Charity in Dayton by Giving Unwanted Items to National Kidney Services

National Kidney Services (NKS) makes it simple to donate to charity in Dayton and other communities in the Central Ohio area. We accept all sorts of donation items, including clothing, small home furniture, electronics, and much more. Also, when we say that we make donating easy, we mean that we’ll actually pick up the items you have to give directly from you.

When you donate to charity in Central Ohio, you can feel good in knowing that you’re helping patients diagnosed by chronic kidney disease, a condition that:

• Affects more than 31 million American adults, while millions more are at risk
• Can lead to further health complications, such as anemia, high blood pressure, nerve damage, and bone diseases
• May eventually lead to kidney failure if not adequately treated in time

All you need to do to donate clothes, home goods, or anything else to NKS in Dayton is sign up for our regular donation pickup contact list. When you do, we’ll contact you every six to eight weeks and ask if you have anything you’d like to donate. If you do, we’ll pick it up for you, straight from your home, apartment, or place of work; if you don’t have anything to give at the time, we’ll just call back in another six to eight weeks. Or, simply bring the tax-deductible* items you’d like to give to any of the Ohio Thrift stores located throughout the greater Columbus area.
